Q. What other products does Tele-Pak produce besides plastic cards?
A. We produce a variety of paper and plastic card items such as Prepaid Phone Cards, Scratch-Off Cards, Smart Cards, Punchout Cards, Recharge Cards, GSM Cards, Magstripe Cards, Mini-Magstripe Cards, POSA Cards, Paper Laminated Cards, Multi-Card Packs, Long Cards, Short Cards, CR80's, Billboard POSA, Blister Cards, Flat Pak Cards, Posters, Magnets, Voucher Cards, Prepaid Wireless Cards, CDMA Cards, Card Wrapping, Secure Cards. We print posters, card holders and various apper and card stock items.

Q. How do I place an order or get a price?
A . You can either call 1-866-344-2300 or fax a purchase order or price request to 1-419-781-2104.
We accept Emails to sales@tele-pak.com or send over artwork and/or specifications by mail.

Q. Can Tele-Pak offer design services?
A. Yes, we have a full service design team who can accommodate all your card design and promotional packaging needs.

Q. Can artwork be Emailed to Tele-Pak?
A. Yes. We have a special Email address and file transfer specifications for artwork. Refer to the Design Guide for additional information.

Q. In what format can I submit artwork?
A. Files are printed most successfully when sent in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and QuarkXpress Mac formatted. All art for fronts of cards should be in 300 dpi CMYK and 1200dpi grayscale for the backs or vector. Text is preferred in Illustrator with fonts outlined or in Quark Express. Text for card backs submitted in Photoshop (tiff file) will print blurry. Other formats can be accepted with prior coordination.

Q. How long does it take to prepare new artwork?
A. Normal turnaround is 2-4 business days depending on complexity and customer taste.

Q. Does Tele-Pak provide match prints?
A. Only if requested. We normally provide a .pdf proof which is very similar to the final print.

Q. How do you handle making minor changes?
A. Changes will be provided, however, they must be within reason of initial agreement.

Q. How many colors can you print?
A. We can print up to six colors on each side. These can be PMS (pantone color system), or CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black AKA full color).

Q. What is the minimum quantity I can order?
A. We can print from 500 cards to millions of cards depending on the type of card you require.

Q. Can Tele-Pak personalize cards?
A. Yes, we can inkjet, thermal print or emboss personalization on cards. We can also personalize letters, envelopes, match affix, etc.

Q. What is a normal turnaround time that Tele-Pak requires to produce a card order?
A. Turnaround time on our plastic cards is 10-14 business days. We offer a 5-7
business day turnaround on our paper laminated cards.
